HR compliance and workplace challenges: preparing for 2025

  strategies for 2025

Dealing with aggressive and challenging behaviour

Presented by Tracey Gardiner

• develop an understanding of why patients behave in an aggressive manner
• learn how to minimise risks of harm from aggression, using our environment
• learn how to manage patients’ anger through de-escalation techniques
• work through scenarios relevant to your workplace to consolidate the strategies you have learnt
