This role has become even more critical as more than 6 million Australian adults are at risk of CKD and more than 2 million live with CKD. A staggering 90% of kidney function can be lost before people experience symptoms!

This webinar will explore how to identify, detect, and diagnose chronic kidney disease in at risk populations. The three elements of the Kidney Health Check are effective in detecting CKD however it is the uACR test that predicts heightened kidney and cardiovascular risk. We will also share tips for creating a simple plan to detect and diagnose chronic kidney disease in individuals without a coded diagnosis in practice software.
