Palliative Care Breakfast (webinar)

The Palliative Care Breakfast aims to improve the knowledge, skills, and confidence of prescribers and community pharmacists in supporting at-home palliative care.

Attendees will:

• engage in peer learning through a GP led case study
• gain greater appreciation for the consumer perspective through a community member's lived experience
• be introduced to new resources to support community-based practice.
