PalliLEARN Course (online) - What matters most to me?

Brisbane North PHN are pleased to offer the following Palliative Care Queensland course free of charge for people living and/or working in the Brisbane North and Moreton Bay region.

"What matters most to me?". What are the things that make life joyful? What and who do we value the most? This 60 minute online education course focuses on discussion starters, advance care planning (ACP) and understanding what is important to someone at the end-of-life phase.
