Micah Projects - Registered nurse

Working Together to Connect Care (WTTCC) is a collaboration between Micah Projects, Brisbane North Primary Health Network (PHN), Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH).


WTTCC delivers outreach support to connect people with clinical care, community support, and housing by providing integrated care. WTTCC is funded to improve outcomes for vulnerable people with complex health needs who present frequently at the RBWH and TPCH Emergency Department (ED).


How you will make a difference:


As a Registered Nurse, work as part of the WTTCC Team to provide and support the delivery of high-quality nursing care, where clinical and community nursing skills and knowledge underpin direct care, care coordination, and collaboration.


This is a full time role, paid in line with Queensland Nursing and Midwives Certified Agreement Grade 5 with conditions under the SCHADS Award.
