What resources are required to deprescribe opioids at transitions of care?

A research team from the University of Sydney is conducting an online, anonymous survey study about the resource needs and support registered Australian healthcare professionals require to deprescribe (reduce) opioid analgesics at transitions of care (the movement between different care settings or providers). The survey will only take up to 15 minutes.
