In-person workshop: introduction to adjusting and maintaining equipment

$30 full registration, $20 student concession registration (optional +$70 for basic toolkit for you to take home with you)

Numbers are limited to 18 people.

Learn about basic maintenance and adjustments for a range of simpler assistive technology, including manual wheelchairs, hoists, pressure cushions, and bathing/toileting aids. This workshop suits health practitioners who want to build their confidence with hands-on adjustment of equipment and education of clients in equipment maintenance and cleaning. Allied health assistants responsible for basic set-up of equipment and management of equipment stock may also benefit.
