Are you a skilled medical receptionist with a passion for patient care? Telegraph Road Clinic, a GP-owned practice in Bracken Ridge, is seeking a casual medical receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About the role

This casual role offers 24–32 flexible weekday hours. You’ll be essential in supporting our GPs and allied health professionals with both clinical and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• greet and check in patients warmly, including new patient registrations
• manage patient communication via phone and email professionally
• perform administrative tasks: filing, faxing, mailing, and document management
• process billing, payments, and Medicare batching accurately
• maintain a clean, organised practice, including preparing consultation rooms.

What we’re looking for

• empathy and professionalism for daily patient interactions
• strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• teamwork, adaptability, and initiative in a fast-paced setting
• prior medical reception or administrative experience is a plus.
