Top Health Doctors is a group of doctor owned GP and skin cancer clinics focused on the highest level of patient care. Our clinics provide comprehensive GP care and an extensive range of specialised services.

This fabulous opportunity is at Underwood, with ten GPs (many are part time), four practice nurses and visiting allied health.

Key responsibilities:

• Autonomous Leadership: taking charge of daily clinic operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
• Reception Team Management: managing our reception team, rosters and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Patient Care: delivering excellent patient care and assistance, including appointment scheduling, inquiries, and support
• Administrative Tasks: overseeing administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaboration: collaborating with our medical team to ensure seamless patient experiences

Qualifications:

• A min of 3 years experience in GP management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in clinic management software
• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient & staff well-being
