Burpengary East Medical Centre and Skin Cancer Clinic, a leading provider of comprehensive skin cancer and cosmetic services, is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a nurse passionate about skin care to join our dynamic team.

We are dedicated to offering the highest standard of patient care and we require nursing support on Wednesdays and one additional day through the week that can be negotiated.

Our modern facilities at Burpengary East are designed to provide a wide range of skin services not limited to, skin checks, surgical and non-surgical treatments, anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and comprehensive skin care treatments.

The role:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse with a keen interest in skin care to join our team on a casual basis.

We are committed to providing full training to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Key responsibilities:

• assist in a variety of skin treatments, including skin checks, minor surgeries, and cosmetic procedures
• provide pre and post-treatment care and advice to patients
• participate in patient education on skin health.

Requirements:

• registered or enrolled nurse with current AHPRA registration
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• a strong desire to learn and grow within the skin care field
• flexibility to work across a range of services and treatments.
