As a part of the full service offering we are providing at Generations Medical, we are developing two comprehensive “clinic-within-clinic” services for which we are looking for like-minded GPs that would be interested in providing aligned services.
Developed alongside a menopause oriented service we are offering a comprehensive Women’s Health clinic for all ages. With a goal of making this service both appealing and comfortable for all patients, and also offering a true, specialty GP service to our patients in this field. We have plans in place to vertically integrate this service with specialty allied health services both in rooms and off-site to support best practice and quality care. Specialist gynaecology consulting is also on the cards for our clinic.
Similarly we are also developing a Children’s Health service, particularly looking at streamlining the process of diagnosis and management for neurodivergence in children. Our focus is making improvements in the allocation of resources and workload, and also shortening the time frame to diagnosis and therapy for this cohort of patients. We have strong interest in a vertically integrated model from both specialist paediatricians and allied health who work in this area, all the while maintaining a GP centered care model.
We are also happy to have the esteemed Dr Pamela Douglas of Possums clinic joining us to offer her clinical services in the NDC field again.
We already have allied health in the form of dietetics,psychology and chronic disease nursing on site and have developed robust and streamlined processes for incorporating workflow and remuneration involved with delivering such care.
Our clinic is fully equipped for procedural general practice and is one of the nicest workplaces you will encounter, both in environment and collegiate atmosphere all supported with a stellar team of admin and nursing staff.
We are a private billing clinic located only 6km from Brisbane CBD, and with the service offerings we are implementing we plan to be able to have a reach not only in our local area but across greater Brisbane as well. We offer an attractive billings based service fee agreement with the intention of both recruitment and retention of the right person to fit our team.
