Residential Aged Care Home (RACH) staff and aged care health professionals supporting RACHs are invited to join Brisbane North PHN for our next RACH Collaborative.
Updates will be provided by Metro North Health and other key agencies. The team from Brisbane North PHN will also facilitate an interactive feedback session, where attendees will have the opportunity to inform the PHNs programs and projects for the next 12 months.
No cost to attend. Morning tea and lunch provided.
