Centre for Palliative Care Research and Education (CPCRE) presents Walawaani Conference 2024! Walawaani means ‘we hope you have a safe journey home’ in Dharug language.
Gathering palliative and end of life care leaders and amplifying First Nations voices, Walawaani conference aims to deliver a holistic sharing of knowledges and wisdom to support the returning to Spirit journey for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals, families and communities.
