Centres welcome adults experiencing emotional distress, crises, mental ill health, and/or addiction, and their families and carers through a ‘no wrong door’ approach. Each Centre is staffed by qualified mental health professionals, working alongside people with lived experience, who will listen to your needs and work with you to ensure you receive the right supports, at the right time.
Medicare Mental Health Centres are here for everyone-even if it’s your first time seeking support. Services incur no out-of-pocket cost, and you don’t need an appointment or a GP referral - you can simply walk in.
